I will be out there to run it as long as the weather is playable. I played last night for a couple hours and the course was O.K. so unless it is raining we will be out there.

The weather was perfect tonight for golf. I had 12 kids show up. Two of them were new to league and one had just started playing. The Adjusted scores were.....

Austin -4
Bryce -1
Dylan S E
Zach T E
Dylan P 1
Riley 1
Ronnie 2
Matt H 2
Mike H 3
Steven 4
Bryan E. 11(set handicap)
Matt F. 13(set handicap)

Austin selected a FLX Avneger SS. I am keeping a tote for all disc that people are willing to donate to kidz in the Valley. If you have disc to donate please let me know. This is awsome.........

What were the actual scores?

Sorry I wasn't out there. My wife went out to eat with some of her friends. So the boys and I had a bachelor party at home.

I should be able to get out there next week.

Let me know when that tote starts to get low.

Those kids are pretty dedicated I drove by Cherry on the way home from work about 3:45 and some of them were already there. I forgot they play on Thursdays.
I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't get a lot accomplished at school on Thursdays having disc golf on the brain. :D :D

10 Kidz, Scronnie took them down. He shot a +1 before his handicap.

Played some Wolf with the kids, Bullfrog and Ben today.

It was a real shoot out.
Riley canned a huge put (35+) on the first hole to give he and I the lead.
We pushed for a long time after that.
Hole 5 Hooper knocks in a 30 footer for the push.
Hole 6 Hooper knocks in a 30+ footer for the push.
Hole 7 Hooper throws it in from 50, forcing me to make a 40 footer, which I did.
Hole 8 Ben ends up 20 foot out and goes shopping for a partner. Bullfrog steps up and cans an ACE! The kids where going crazy. They were all pumped to see their first ACE.

It was a great time, those little suckers are getting good.

O.K, I give. What is wolf and how do you play? And yes, they are getting good. At the beginning of summer I was allowing them to play doubles against just me and it was close, now I am scared to play them straight up somedays!

Hooper sounds like he should be called E Mac Jr, making all those long putts!

Wolf is a pretty fun game. Glad to hear they liked it.

Congrats on the Ace bullfrog!

We had 8 brave souls out for kids league today. There was a solid 20 mph wind with a heavy drizzle. I decided to pair them up to play doubles and they loved it. I let the highest handicap pick their partner first and so forth. We had one team at 1 up, 2 teams at even, and 1 team at 1 down. The teams were -1 mike and beau, Even Dylan and Matt/Austin and Zach, and 1 up Ronnie and Collin. Footing was terrible, I sure wish we had the pads in.

You guys plan it out, and I will help. I am sure Burley would help also, and he knows a thing or 10 about cement.

KDGA is going to give us up to $500 matching funds for all the cement.

I know it's just up to us. None of us are serious enough about it to get some real plans "cemtented"

Still playing at 5:00?

Looks like I will most likely be there. I have the video camera charging, and plan on getting some of the action on tape.
