Attempted basket jack foiled by gravity/lazyness combo

Some person(s) tried to uproot the basket on Oak 4. They succeeded but the cement wrapped around the pin was apparently too heavy to move or they didn't want to lift such weight to the car or pond. The pin itself is slightly bent from the ordeal. To be safe and in case the sacks wanted to come back for it, me and Bo loaded her up and will reinstall it Saturday. Thanks guys. I heard they knocked over the dumpsters and spread trash all around as well. I'm glad we made those baskets so heavy! The problem was reported to the city. I asked to have police drive through at night. Hopefully that will help the douches think twice about vandalizing, stealing, setting fires, all that kid stuff.
