I received this email from the group working on restoring the Fresh Air Baby Camp. Looks like this is our big chance to help out. I'm sure a few people showing up would give a lot of credibility to disc golfers. Some day we may reap some rewards by getting to use the building for running tournaments or even running league in the winter. I'm sure they'll have a restroom there when it's finished, something the park has needed for a long time, but I'm not sure if it would be accessible from outside. Anyways, please help them out if you have some time. Thanks!
Dear Friends,
We will be having a WORK DAY in 10 days, and want to hear from you if you are interested in helping.
Two shifts are available, but at 4 pm, we will also have a Benefit Concert at Park Villa to close the day, by the Tom Page Trio (a frequent act at The Archichoke).
Please let us know if you can help in some way:
_____Registration
_____ Serving Lunch/making dessert
_____ Contacting others/recruiting
_____ Physical work:
inside - window restoration
removing large interior debris (appliances/ HVAC, etc)
breaking glass from storm windows, so aluminum can be recycled
tearing off the roof from the south Patio
You can sign up for a morning shift, or afternoon shift-- or work all day.
Please reply to this email before next Wednesday ( Sept 26), so we have enough lunch prepared for our volunteers!!!
OR you can text me at the number below!!
check out the FaceBook Page for FRIENDS of HISTORIC FRESH AIR BABY CAMP. . ..
Thanks for your continued interest and support!.
We will also have updated information/fact sheets there for you to share with your friends and colleagues.

That's an idea: you might mention the work day at the ace race. Though I think it will help them even more if those that can help can RSVP.
