WHAT: One Disc Ace Race

WHEN: Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 at 1:00 pm

WHERE: Herman Hill Park, Wichita, KS
LOCATED: Pawnee St. & Broadway

HOW: Four rounds of 9 very short holes, 2 different sets of tees played twice each. 1 throw per hole. 2010 Ace Race prototype discs only. Most aces wins. Most metal hits break ties. Over $300 value in grand prize merchandise.

PLAYER PACK: Two Discraft 2010 proto-type discs, a Discraft hat, super-color mini bag-tag, & sticker
(a $67 value).

ENTRY FEE: $25

OPTIONAL SIDE POT: $5 - Pays out to those that hit metal

Might need 1 temp basket.

Plan on similar to format to last few years. 2 rounds of short tees followed by 2 rounds of shorter tees. Should take about 90 minutes. We can run a metals side pot again where an ace counts for 2 metals and everyone who hits metal gets paid. Could do doubles afterwards if there is interest.

Who is down for this? To make the course flow, I think I'll need one basket. Who can bring one? I ordered 22 packs. I have two players from Miami OK who have reserved a couple. Anyone else want me to hold on to theirs, just holler. I can split them up if we need to. There are no water holes in play this year.

Can anyone bring a basket? It doesn't have to be special just as long as you can hear metal hits. Just need one if we use the layout I walked through the other day.

I do have the discs in now. Only 22 packs. And 14 spoken for. Let me know if you are coming. If we need to, I'll let people split packs. Sorry I didn't order more, last year we got stuck with several packs.
