Annual Meeting, Jan 14th, 1pm, WATER Center

I've sent out an email with a proxy ballot to all current ACDGC member addresses. Let me know with a pm here, or email me at [email protected] if you did not receive this email.

League will be at 11am (not the usual 1pm) at Herman Hill on Saturday, January 14th. Following at 1pm in the WATER Center will be the annual meeting. Fried chicken lunch will be provided by the ACDGC. Following will be 2011 year in review, approval of the 2011 board actions, and election of the 2011 board. Members: please show your support with your attendance. If you cannot attend, PLEASE return an emailed proxy ballot with your vote. Each year we reach quorum by only a vote or two. Since our membership is larger than ever, your vote is important.

If you haven't voted and cannot stay to attend the meeting please fill out and turn your ballot into Russ at league Saturday morning. He will have copies. If you want to vote via email and did not receive the email, please let me know here.

We will have lunch at 1pm. Try to keep things moving during league.

We never do have many at the annual meeting (or any meeting), even when we have a good showing at league that day. That's why it's good to put your vote in early if you may not be there. The meeting date and time is set in the ACDGC by-laws.
