Annual Meeting, Jan 12th, 1pm, WATER Center

Jerry has sent out an email with a PDF bio sheet and will soon send a word file version of that. We are encouraging all eligible members (all 2012 members and / or 2013 members who signed up at the membership drive are eligible) who would like to serve on the board to fill out a bio sheet. You can turn them in to Jerry or myself in person, with an email text reply or email attachment reply. Note that the due date for these is different from that which was sent out. I need these by January 4th.

There is a lot of items being discussed at our board meetings. So even if you don't wish to run for a board position but are interested in the club's functions or helping out, please attend.

The annual meeting will be 2nd Saturday of January at Herman Hill at 1pm, per the by-laws. League will be at 3pm (not the usual 1pm), or immediately following the meeting. Fried chicken lunch will be provided by the ACDGC. Following will be 2012 year in review, approval of the 2012 board actions, and election of the 2012 board. Members: please show your support with your attendance. If you cannot attend, PLEASE return an emailed proxy ballot with your vote. Each year we reach quorum by only a vote or two. Since our membership is larger than ever, your vote is important. Note: Jerry will be sending these proxy ballots after all bio sheets are turned in. These should be available via email and at league on January 6th.
