4 sorry souls played the course backwards today. The creek claimed ~6 discs and someone fell in the water. I feel bad for recommending it.
I'd do it again though. Scores were roughly +12, +15, +16 x 2. I took a double circle 8 from seven's original pin to 6's orginal pin. YUMMY

Teh Backwards
wow
I think that's a great way to:
(a) play something unfamiliar without leaving town
(b) make others question your sanity
(c) lose your discs
(d) have a blast
It's always fun!! I can't imagine Frontier in reverse...

I have been there when it has been played it backwards for Ice Bowls before. Can't remember if there were "made up" tees, or what. Kyle "the Man" hit an ace from 16 basket (east of the basket some) to 15 basket, in a blizzard one year! There were several inches of snow. I remember that, and little pellets of snow like substance stinging my face as the wind blew it horizontally across the ground. It was fun!
Another year first tee was from the pavillion near tee one, to basket 18! through that little gap. That was warmer, so it was muddy and wet. Not nearly as much fun, but still fun!

I was there and know the shot Kyle hit. I hit the side of the basket about three inches low on the card right before him. What a day. I threw a drive off the levee by #7 in the afternoon that ended up behind me after advancing at least a hundred feet. Windy SOB fer sure. Good thing we were playing doubles and didn't have to take that shot. Good times....._dm4 wrote:I have been there when it has been played it backwards for Ice Bowls before.
