Low lifes or maintenance?
I played Frontier on Wednesday morning (8:00 am) and everything was fine. My son, Matt and I always play together so today we went down late afternoon (5:00) and the basket for Hole #2 is missing. Do we have some low lifes that abscounded with the basket or did the parks department pull it out? Does anyone know?

You don't quit playing games because you get old.

I received a few phone calls from local golfers concerning this issue. I called the Parks Department and asked Amy if the basket had been stolen. She said that Ron has been scheduled to get the course ready for the tournament and that she saw a basket in the shop. She was going to talk to Ron and if there was a case of theft she would call me. I never heard anything, so I bet it was #2. It had some structural damage from the huge branch that uprooted it. I imagine he's using a welder at the shop to repair the damages.

Thanks Brett. I didn't call you because I knew that you probably got enough phone calls over that missing basket. Keep us informed please. I guess I'll just play 17 baskets and a hole in the ground instead of 18 baskets.

Moved to the right, tucked in the corner by the road. From the Alt tee its a dead tunnel shot. Haven't played from the bottom yet. Ob road all around though. It will be something else on a windy day.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Yeah, I love the new pin placement for #2. I played from the asphalt as well and some of you know my game sin't that strong but I did manage a very easy deuce.
Does that mean there are now 3 placements for #2? I noticed they replaced the original and I believe the alt is still to the far left. Is that correct?

So is this a good hole or is this an EZ 2? I don't think the course needs many more 2 or die holes.-overstable- wrote:my game sin't that strong but I did manage a very easy deuce.
