Got to get the ball rolling on this soon, I move in a couple of months. The 25th makes me think of Silver. I explained to Jeramy that I'd like to have him design a "Flying Bison" constellation. So he's got the general concept rolling. As soon as we have the final proof, we're going to advertise it in the new DG mag. The CVB will pay for this. So we need to decide prices for divisons. I think we need to raise the entry fees in all divisons next year. We pay it all back anyway. It'll faten all the purses.
I'm going to send off the sanctioning agreement to the PDGA this week for next year. Get it on the calendar early.
Next, we as a club need to arrange a meeting with the Parks Department and discuss having the course prepared for next year. If silver is the concept, then silver it is. New Tee Signs, repair tee boxes, repair the steps by the stones, replace the plank on 18, greens and flags, windsock, planting trees ect. Also discuss what to do with 18 new baskets if we indeed got approved. I think we should make the temp holes perm and have 12 floating baskets.
Also we should submit a proposal for the sports complex being discussed right now. Anyway, let's stay on top of it.
