Those scores are for 21 holes. From what I read on the PDGA site, it is a bird fest. If there is, I think that should be a good thing for the Buzzz chucking putting machine!

Carrollton has two courses, doesn't it? I played about half of the one that has a 30' wide creek running through the park and a main street running the length of one side of the course. That course had many birdie ops., so I'm guessing you all played the other course?

Carrolton is the town on the NE side of Dallas right? Crowley is the one on the SW side. That course has an awesome design.
