Our day in K.C.

Post by $c0oBa »

Well we started off in Blue Valley, figured we'd play it when the sun was coming up instead of going down. Then we went to Water Works and finished our day playing league at Rosedale. Great Time.

Blue Valley:  Start doing you're set-ups,stairsteppers,treadmill,and anything else to get physically fit, cause the world ain''t ready for the future of Disc Golf. That has got to be the Baddest course I'd ever seen, it makes Water Work look like a pitch and putt. A real course where it does'nt really matter if you can drive 550' ,on flat land, cause if you ain't hitting that spot you need to be, that Bomb drive didn't do you crap. I hope we can get more courses like it, strategy courses.

It was kinda funny cause Me, Ben & Kyle were feeling pretty elevated, and started playing the courseas par 3's on every hole, WOW  , that was dumb. About 5-6 holes I actually read the tee signs and realized we we're playing holes that we're par 4-5, told Ben and he decided we'll keep playing par 3   . The main thing was we got to play BV half anyway we were on a time schedule and BV is a lot of Walking, this is why we must exercise for the future. N-eways Awsome course and I will be back for REVENGE!!!

WaterWorks: I think this was the first time I actually enjoyed walking @ WW. After BV it's was nothing to walk the elevations @ WW. The only highlight I can remember was me draining a 200' upshot on hole 12, it was sweet.

Rosedale: Up top we played League, I was all over the fairways , down the hill, in the tree's, and probablly everywhere I wasn't suppose to be. I was drained after BV,WW, but still gave it all. So we paid our $5 for league and added a dollar for the ACE fund and me and Benny made a 50/50 deal on the ACE fund. Well what do you know "ACE GOD" himself hit #3 up top with a 1St Run CE LEOPARD, clipped a few branches and went in, $150 ACE
:D :D Glad I made that deal. So N-eways Kyle's card got done with league and Kyle went on ahead to play Down Under since this was his 1st
K.C. experience and later Ben's card finished, so he went down under to catch up with Kyle since my card was still out there playing, more like struggling, we were the last card in. N-eways I figured that's where they had gone so instead of going and looking for them I practiced driving and putting, waiting for the fellas and there in the distance around dark I hear Ben say What did you win Boober? Nothing I told him, very tired. Well I aced he said, Twice, Then that's when he told me about #3 up top
and then he tells me while they we're down under he hit #11 with his S.E. Ryhno,DAMN!!!!

I love that place! :D

Way to go Ben, that kicks butt.

In the current set up, #3 is one of the only holes you could ace. I cannot picture hole #11 down under.
