Colwich Clean Up

Post by Notorious ROG »

We are going to start investing time on the Colwich course so let's pull together and clean these fairways up. Future plans for this course will also include asphalt tee pads and a low water bridge to allow better access for mowing, I think these will be provided by the City of Colwich. So what we need to do is trimming, trimming and more trimming, that's were you all come in!

We will be having a Colwich cleanup on Feb. 3rd 2007 planning to start around 9 am, but come when you can.

This will be followed by our normal club event. Immediately following the work day we will be playing Doubles.

We will be providing lunch as part of this clean up day. We will plan to eat hotdogs sometime around noon as a thank you for everyone who shows up to help.

Thanks in advance for your time and efforts!

This Saturday, the 3rd we will try again to clean up Colwich. I didn't know about Ponca when I scheduled this so sorry to those boys. If you aren't going to Ponca, we need you at Colwich. Lets get this done. What takes time is dragging limbs. One sawer can keep at least two people busy dragging so if we have more no one has to work too hard.

Starts at 9am and league will happen after the clean-up and we will be offering free food for helpers. Meet in the parking lot. I don't think we can drive out there because of the glacier melt. I got stuck out at Jeffs last weekend working on his course.
