Lmao, I was just reading that, is it just a limited edition for the PDGA? I friggin' love the flat Z Storms, I use them when I need a little more than the Buzzz. Definitely a staple in the the bag.
And, they feel almost just like ESP.(not hard to make that one, all they have to do is flip the stamp.)
Storms are small edge drivers that feel old school but fly longer and straighter more dependably than any of thier competition.A great 330 ft driver for strong arms it passes as a wonderfull approach disc for average strength players. In X plastic it tends to be a litle less stable and breaks in to an anhyzer disc after thorough use.I prefer Z plastic ,which is more stable and lasts much longer...I use my storm a lot.The storm feels sort of like Innova`s Cobra, but with lots more teeth.ESP plastic will probably make a great all purpose disc for shorter holes.Hope I can find one soon!!!
the Storm has sort of the same relationship with the Wasp as a faster CE Cobra(MORAY?) would have with a Roc.As you should know, the Buzz is a Wasp minus the bead (ie.faster yes,but the plastic determines the stability relationships,it`s that close).
In other words not much more stable than a Buzz, just a little(1/5?)faster
