Anyone else's courses flooded?

Here's a couple of pics of our Arboretum course. 2/3's of it is probably under water.

The one where you can see just the top of the basket is actually the "high" ground. It hasn't flooded like this since the Oz tourney here a couple of years ago. This is worse though...just thought it was interesting. Wanted to know if any other courses were submerged as well!

I haven't been down to Carey since all the rain started, but I'm scared to look. Granted we do have a decent levee.

My dad called from Nebraska just an hour ago and told me that Chautauqua Park in Beatrice was mostly under water.

The water's already back down here in Parsons. My father is actually playing down there at the course as I type this. It's one big mess though...

Well, I did this afternoon. Course was mushy as expected, but nothing that I haven't seen before, that was until I got to hole 12 and my Avenger sailed far left over the flood levee.

On a normal day that would be no big deal since there's plenty of clearance between the levee and the river. Then I step to the top of the levee and see this.

Anyone who played the Hutch tournament last year remember that cool alternate hole on the far side of the flood levee? Well....it would be just to the far left of those trees.

Somehow, my Avenger hit the bushy part of that first tree and dropped onto that protrusion of grass you see. If not for that tree my disc would be halfway to Wichita by now.

On the bright side, our back nine has a nice lazy river running through it.

I almost wish we could make that a permanent OB. It adds character to the course.

Aw, how I miss the Hutch course. Hard not to when it's the course you learned on though...

I agree, Hutch was my learning course also. Back when it was just nine baskets though.

Beatrice is under water. The Big Blue river runs along the north side of the park and it's WAY out of the banks.

well as of right now hutch has 6 holes that are useable all the holes around the pond on the north side are under water hard to practice it either aces or loose your disc....

The pond is at least four times its normal size. The funny thing is even on days that it doesn't rain the flooding on the front nine seems to be getting worse.

I went down there the other day for some putting, and I actually saw some guys fishing in the middle of Hole 2. It was rather surreal.

The water is still rising and #4 basket is even with the bottom of the pole, which is 3 ft higher than the surrounding area the back nine is playable ,but there is still water there also
