Activities NOT to do the night before a tournament

In this thread we will discuss activities NOT to do the night before a tournament. This particular activity was learned personally the night before the Lawrence tournament:

Do NOT play the Nintendo wii bowling game for three hours the night before a tournament. You will be very sore the next day!!!!

I never got the chance to ask you how well you bowled. Did you bowl better or worse than you would at a bowling alley?

I bowled about the same, but I got to experiment with putting a spin on it which I wouldn't do if I was paying to play, and I actually got my highest score ever which was only a 187.

Do not get drunk,stranded downtown,pocket full of money,bars all over,play hack with a cell phone and throw it on the roof,get destroyed by Ruder at mini putting contest,witness mini putting contest turn into death match 3000,sleep under a pool table and expect to play two good rounds of discgolf on Sunday in Hays.

I would have suggested not staying up until 6AM the morning before a tournament. It hurts

He says do not, yet it will all happen again this year!!!!
