I like Olsen, but I don't see him in the top 4.

I would replace him with Hemmeline for sure. Also, Nikko could sneak in there.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

Can we set up a fantasy disc golf thing for the GBO? I've haven't got in to that so I'm not sure if it has been done before but this could be a lot of fun. I'll put $5 down if someone can set this up.

This is going to be the biggest pro fields the Glass Blown Open has seen yet as an A-Tier! I hope everyone is getting excited! Barry Schultz could be in town as early as Tuesday so our singles league might be a little more challenging! Come out for doubles league on Thursday and have a chance to get paired up with the 2X World Champion.

McCabe is on fire right now. I don't see anyone beating him in Emporia right now!

Don't forget about Coda! That guy is pretty good. He hasn't signed up yet but I heard that he will be here.

Nikko has been waiting for this tournament since last year and says that he'll beat McCabe on his home course this year! I don't see that happening but I do see his poofy hair and Dynamic Discs Glass Blown Open dry-fit in the final nine this year. Wish I could have seen his birdie on hole #2 east last year! There will probably be a new pin setting for that hole at the GBO.

Smitty, Hemmeline, Hickman, Babbitt.....don't forget about these guys.

Wiggins? He has been snorting acetone all week dying discs to pay for his entry and shooting 4-5 down on the east side this week. I'd love to see him in the cash. Keep in mind that he might be the lowest rated player ever to play Open at the GBO!

This is going to be one tough pro field contending for the Glass and minimum $1000 pay day.

Give me 2 days to set it up (maybe less) And then count me in.

Well as long as Smitty didn't use up all his 1040-1050 rated rounds at the Monkey Island Open then I think he should be fine! I remember two years ago watching him in the final nine hitting basket on hole #14 west! That was pretty exciting!

Can't wait to see this fantasy GBO league go down! Anyone have suggestions to add a twist to this? Nice work T-Rude!

It'll be a pleasure takin' ya'lls regionally biased dough.

I think it may take a little better then 1040-1050 to win. So, I hope I used up all of those. I need some 1060 golf. :D

How about Ronald McOkie? That guy doesn't suck.

Don't forget the Smitty from Missouri (who took 3rd in 07').
And Nate and Jake were both in the top 10 in the 5th GBO.

ha, good call. George is a great friend. Got me started playing back in '99, when I lived in Columbia, many moons ago. I'd been playing pool with that fella since like '92.

Can't make it, but I think I'm going to print off a few of those registration forms and take them up to Omaha with me this weekend. You never know.

Are you guys really going to use all of those formats for the final 9 doubles?

When is the drawing for the 4 final 9 qualifiers? Do you have to play the tourney to get in on this?

That would be awesome if you would take some registration forms to Iowa. I planned on taking the RV there but decided to head for Ozark and help out there with the payout.

You don't have to play the tournament to get in the final nine. Don Carter picked up three CFR discs last night so we might see him coming out of retirement on Sunday.

the top four open scores will draw the name of their partner. i would guess that will take place about 20 minutes before the final nine starts. the exact time it will happen will be difficult to say. depends when the final round finishes.
