Nice, thanks Doc. :D

Jeff I don't know what Big Headed pros you have played with or watched. Everyone in the final 9 will have something to show and will be fun to watch. I think everyone who got to watch Barry crawl in and out of the Cedars last year enjoyed every minute of it. This isn't any final 9. Tony D was probably the star of last years final. I know the crowd went nuts when he crushed his drive down the middle on hole 17. I really hope to see Avery bust out a 360 off the top of the hill in the finals and throw a disc farther then most of us have ever seen a disc fly. I also would love to see Nikko hitting metal from 100 feet and in and every putt. EMac nailing every putt that is 70 foot and in is always fun. Who knows, maybe Babbit will make it into the finals and then we can watch the short driver hit every line and leave his partner with nothing but chip in putts. I don't care who is in the finals, I know it will be fun to watch.

I know that every player at the tourney will think they are on tour! They will want every event they play to be ran just like the GBO.

1-Rounds start on time.
2-Results posted very quick for players and the rest of the world to see.
3-Great Players Pack.
4-The best payout at any event in Kansas.

It is to bad that you are going to miss this event. I am sure that your opinion of DD and the GBO would change.

well that was dissappointing. was getting fired up about a tourny and ran into bitter mind droppings. maybe if the forum included a "hater's ball" thread, we could read about disc golf on this one.

anywho, went up to emporia for some practice today and my casual round got a little expensive. lost $ on the first round with a zero-birdie showing on gold and payed a pair of fivers for two frickin aces. crispy roc'd 8 gold and sweets monster-skipped 12 west (me thinks me directions is right). for those of you who don't know, sweet phil from sugar hill ain't never worked and never will. he'll be going pro in 2010. sweet phil also made a bone on 17 gold by shanking a spike hyzer which treed, redirected, and possibly hit bottom of the bucket before sliding out for a gimme duece.
oh, and look out advanced division. wiggins made reservations for two all over the park today despite losing his mini pocket in a freakish beat down issued by a blue compact car. way to gut it out, wig.
good luck, ya'all
brandon
rusco, i need max weight z trackers. #4 gold was hungry today
Throw Millennium.

Less then a week until tee off, and we already have over 130! I can think of or know of several people who will be there, they are just not on the list yet.

This is going to be a killer event!

Nate, I know I posted the distances on the forum but could not find it either. I've got pictures of most of the tee signs, so I'll get the remaining distances added to the maps I've got and hook everyone up.

I have the maps and distances done. Only 2 people requested maps and distances...The maps are in color, so PM me WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, and you will have both maps and the distances for ALL 72 HOLES at Jones Park 8)

PS..ANY boycotting of DD events is INSANE; Borderline STUPIDITY!

Smitty I would love to go but there are a few things keeping me at the moment. Money. dEnarO, Cash! I will know for sure on monday or tuesday but I may have to make this my only AM appearance this year. I just can't dish out 120 bones. And no I'm not saying I'm a pro now but I wanted to limit my AM activity because I'm sick of getting beat by people who suck. I would rather get beat by the right group you know :). Anyway I'm still trying to make it. Hopefully it doesn't fill before I know my situation.

Make it happen Dick, go and turn a few tricks at Rosedale. You can probably make enough for 3 entry fees in a couple of hours.

Hope to see you Emporia.

I can't believe the GBO is already here! This is going to for sure be the best to date! I'm praying that my hand wont give me any problems. Looking forward to seeing some top notch competition in Etown! Even if you can't play, you're going to want to come out on Sunday and watch one of the best final 9's ever!!
