The Salina club is going to start taken club dues. It will be $10 a calender year per person. The club dues will get you a free BBQ with beverages also you will be illegible for Half of the league ace fund up to $300. If you are not a club member you are only illegible for half of the league ace fund upto $50. This is for Sunday and Tuesday leagues. This will go into effect on April 6th.

Today's leage marks the initial use of what will be known as the "Martin Rule". This rule prevents two higher ranked players from being paired together. Thus eliminating the need for any player to whine about the randomly selected teams. This rule was specifically designed due to the pairing of Trent Martin & Nate Martin a few leagues ago. Before league, each player will be determined as either a "Pro" or "Am" player. Pro's will draw from cards that prevent any of them from being paired together. Then, the Am players will draw from the remaining cards. There is the possibility that two Am players could be paired together but there doesn't seem to be a way around that. The "Martin Rule" will be in effect at any league where there are 14 players or more. I'm still working on the Harvey & Tom rule...

Today's league marks the indroduction of the "Knoblauch Rule". This rule states... If any player throws an extra shot on his/her drive and hits an ace, though not intitled to any ace money, he/she must still purchase a case of beer for the following Tuesday league. This rule is a result from Kyle Knoblauch hitting an ace (second shot) on #9 short and not buying beer. May the disc golf gods frown upon anyone who ignores the "Knoblauch Rule"
