Re: It is nearly time
Any and all participants are welcome to KDGA events! There is no additional fee, it's already included in the tournament price.

CT is exactly correct. This is a KDGA double points event. You never have to be a KDGA member (we would love to have you be one) to play any KDGA events. You will never be charged to play the event if you are not a member.
Hope you can make the trip.
I also encourage anyone who plays Ransom to stick around in Western Kansas and play Ellis on Sunday. It is also a KDGA double points event. The ideal thing to do would be camp at Cedar Bluff Lake, it is basically half way between the two courses.
Re: It is nearly time
since you guys are already on the KDGA subject. Just a question.....Why don't KDGA members get the 3 dollar discount like PDGA members get a $10 discount at PDGA events? Also, I guess I need to buy and A/C camper. I don't do the tent thing anymore, I'm older and wiser. ha
God,Family,Discgolf,DenverBroncos,Sooners...Says it all for me.
Re: It is nearly time
Because we would then be forced to charge nonmembers to play. Plus at PDGA events you don't actually get a discount. You have to buy a 1 day membership $10 if you are not a member. $2-$4/ person still comes out and goes to the PDGA.Chucker9 wrote:since you guys are already on the KDGA subject. Yeah, the PDGA will make like $1000 on a good size tournament. $3-4 per person plus the $10 fees plus sanctioning fees plus memberships.

Just wondering if anybody around the valley is heading that way for the day, I wouldn't mind catching a ride. I would help pay for gas

Dang, the PIMP is BACK!!!!
Turns out, I end up being free this weekend, but can't go to the PTHO because the Wife and I are going to take a little vacation.

Re: It is nearly time
You can still buy a disc and mini.
Or you could vacation in Ransom. How is your life not a vacation?
