Wow. That is some serious firepower were going to have in attendance. Eighteen 1000 rated players and four world champions. Almost a shame I won't be able to watch.

Got my entry, my T-shirt, motel room booked, and leave approved. Now I just have to wait for more than two months.

We are excited to announce that the GBO is expanding & allowing 90 more players to get in! The Emporia Country Club has opened the gates to the disc golf community and approved the golf course to be utilized for a temporary disc golf course. Registration will open at 12:00pm CST (noon) on Wednesday February 16th. Don't miss out on being part of the best GBO to date and one of the premier events in the region!

We are going to stay with the 3 round format. There will be 4 pools now, meaning that each pool will miss out on one of the 4 courses.

Pretty sweet that there will be another course, and on a golf course!

This is the only year with a 3 round format? I see complications with the way points are figured up. Might have to see what will work the best and go with it even if it doesn't turn out completely fair for all players.

The KDGA points really are the least of my worries with this event.

I would say that it really didn't matter much last year after you did all you calculations. Might just be best to throw the guys who don't play both big courses a little bone on this one.

I noticed when signing up for the GBO online, the option for the Random Draw Skins match says *Amateurs Only. Does this mean open players will not be in the drawing for the skins match? Or just that they can't add a raffle ticket when signing up online? We will still be able to buy raffle tickets and buy the special discs that get our name into the raffle at the tournament right?
