Work is almost done for the Walk the Plank featuring Treasure Cove Disc Golf Course and Mt. Crescent. Here is a pix taken March 11, 2011 from the top of Mt. Crescent looking at the Omaha skyline. This and other unique views from Southwest Iowa await you.

I am now a firm believer in both mail in and online registration options. On line registration fees vary (it is based on entry fee price). I know we don't see that money.....but it is a valuable service to a TD and for those who register at the last minute. That is why we give a free gift at tournament check in to all who registered online... to help you get some value too.

I prefer online registrations, but I am enclosing a link to print off the registration form if you want to mail in your registration.

The Omaha Metro Disc Golf Association is bringing the Back to Back Bonus back this year for the 2011 back to back "B" Tiers
Walk the Plank and the Spring Fever Fling. This gives extra rewards for anyone who wins the same division in both back to back tournaments. For the Pro Open division, that is an additional $500 on top of your winnings! But all divisions can earn a bonus by winning their own division both days. Only stipulation is you must be registered for both tournaments before the 2 minute warning at the Walk the Plank. Is it possible to win your division in both tournaments? Just ask Nikko Lacostro and Doug Peyton, who both brought home the bacon last year!

Since we still have spots available, we are going to extend online registration till Thursday, April 7. If there are still spots available on the day of the tournament, we will have registration at each course from 8am-8:50am.

The new owners of Mt. Crescent has donated rubber tee pads for every hole. We have spent the last 3 days moving them up and round the mountain.

That should tame that mountain a little bit
