This years banquet will be at the Quality Inn and Suites. This is the same place as two years ago. I figure that it will start somewhere around 7pm. This should give players time to clean up after the tournament.

Quality Inn & Suites

Salina, KS, US, 67401

They have also set up a room rate of $59.99. Just ask for the "Disc Golf Rate"

So, I know how to get to Lakewood but have never been to Camp Webster. How about an address and/or directions.

Webster thoughts....take them or leave them.

1- Best hole on the course. Maybe because it is so clean? I do think if you could push the basket back another 50 feet it would really add to the hole.

2- I know you are hoping to have a righty/lefty hole. You don't right now. There is a fairly big righty hole, but nothing for a lefty.

3- I really like! I know you guys want it longer, but I think it is pretty sweet as is.

4- Not a huge fan. I like the idea, just don't like the way the hole plays. I would move the tee back and make it harder to get to the "landing zone" I would also look at tucking the basket farther around the corner.

5- I really think needs some serious attention. The turn is to sharp to get a putt from that distance. So basically it is a throw down then lay-up for a 3 hole .

6- Best green on the course! I don't like the length or lack there of on the hole. Don't know what is behind the tee, but it could maybe be made longer?

Hole 7- Will be a cool hole once cleared. I would like to see the 2 trees on the tee be obstacles to miss. Just moving the tee another 20 feet back would increase the difficulty.

Hole 8- Will be the signature hole on the front 9 once it is cleaned. I like the way it plays. It does have a bit of luck involved, but that is woods golf.

Hole 9- Maybe soften that corner up? That is a pretty tight turn for sure. I really don't see much of a line there....it is the definition of poke and hope.

I know the course is very young....and it will develop into a great track. I agree with some of the things Nate was saying about tree removal...you don't want to be aggressive, once they are gone they are gone.

thanks for the input. we will look at it and see what we can do. part of our issue is making the front friendly enough that the campers will want to play it. hopefully we will be able to get alt tees for a couple holes.

Nate-

Campers are going to need holes that are less then 300 foot more like 150-200 foot range to enjoy the game. There honestly isn't a hole outside of maybe 3 (Which will be extremely hard) and the little short one that rookies will enjoy.

I would personally design the course for pro play in mind then tweak/modify it for beginners. Simply move the "Red" tee toward the basket and find a more open line for them to throw.
