General Info

Post by Rusco »

Things are looking great for this tournament. I talked to a few players this weekend at the Oklahoma Open who were planning on coming. Send you registration money in ASAP! We are going to have a great turnout. Don't miss this one. The red camo full color buzzz just showed up and looks awesome as well. I'll be posting some shortly on here and at dynamic discs. Innova stamped discs will be arriving at the end of this week!

Looks like I'll have some locals coming with me.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

It's not looking like any Hotels are interested at this time. But most of the golfers in town stay at the Travel Lodge.

Also, your NOT going to want to miss this event!!! You WILL have a chance to win 2 baskets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel Rates

Post by Rusco »

OK, here's the scoop. I got the best rates by far (that I found) are at the Rodeway Inn & Suites.

$45 for a single, $55 for double
Most rooms have fridge and microwave.
Continental Breakfast from 6-9/10

Contact them at 620-342-7820 (Stacia)---"Stay-Cha"

I think those are pretty reasonable rates.
Just say that you got that rate for the tourney and they will give it to you.

Sounds like it will be great! If I make the skins deal, I will make the trip for Sunday... Not sure how that works, so will have to wait and see...

Guess what? We can't march in the parade! Too many kids will be gone, since it is a Saturday, and I do teach JH. So, I am very sad (just in case any school officials are reading this... ), but I will get to play in this tourney! 8)

What is the hotel where we don't want to stay (the one we stayed at last time?)? Wasn't that the Travel Lodge?

Excellent, I just called and got the rate you quoted with no problem. Opening day for pheasant this weekend and disc golfin next weekend. It's shaping up to be a fun couple of weekends!
