No,
they are re-tooled MRX's
The Ace Race Disc is more like a ESP Glide with a Buzzz bottom.

Something that glides couldn't be so hairy that a buzzzed bottom would be that noticeable....

So did you get some proper throwing time in with this? I'm guessing from the name that its overstable, how does it compare to a Drone?
I'd much rather throw an MRX instead of that fat boy. Also, does anybody know if, when, and where they are available?

not quite as overstable as the drone. only thrown it a couple times. i've been taking it easy since i got back!....but in the ESP plastic they should hold up much better. they are rated 2.0 the disc has not been officially approved yet. release will be pending approval. probably 2-3 weeks.

BTW, Good showing at nationals Nate! I hope it was as exciting as last years.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.

I had a chance to throw the "Torque" tonight in the wind. It's a pretty straight flyer into a 30mph head wind! Any other time it was very stable, going to be a "go to" disc I believe.

I tossed it around a little also.
I don't think that it is going to take the place of my buzz/drone combo. I felt very good, and might have been a little faster and a little more stable.
I am interested to see how it flies on a calm day.

It might be awhile before that happens! Got an ESP Banger in the bag yet?

How's the glide with the smaller diameter compared to a Wasp?
